2024 Conference
The Stellenbosch University Philosophy Department is pleased to announce that the annual conference of the Philosophical Society of Southern Africa will be held at the Stellenbosch Institute for Advanced Study (STIAS), in Stellenbosch next year: Wed 17 January– Fri 19 January.
2021 Conference
The University of Johannesburg will host the PSSA Conference in 2021. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, it remains unclear when the next in contact conference will be possible.
Philosophical Society of Southern Africa (PSSA) Conference 2020 – Call for Papers
The 2020 conference of the PSSA will take place between Monday 13th and Wednesday 15th January, and be held at the Fern Hill Hotel in the KZN midlands. The conference is hosted by the Philosophy discipline at University of KwaZulu-Natal.
2019 Annual Conference and General Meeting of the Philosophical Society of Southern Africa (PSSA)
This conference will be organised and hosted by the Department of Philosophy at the University of Pretoria. In essence this is an open theme conference, and thus, papers with topics from all areas and traditions of Philosophy are welcome.
